1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any damage. If a product is returned to us in any adequate condition we reserve the right to send it back to you.
2. The product must have original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies & accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging box. Do not tamper with the manufacturers' box.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Returns are accepted within 7 days. If it exceeds 7 days deadline, your package will not be accepted. 
6. Your package will be accepted if you have the following reasons:
   • If we detect the product broken
   • If you don't like the product for some reason
   • If you get a product different from what you ordered
   • If the product's date is expired
7. Your account will be credited once we verify and receive your return.
